Viewing Your Plan
- Go to Settings > Billing
- See your current plan:
- Plan name and price
- Billing cycle (monthly)
- Next billing date
- Matched product count
Plan Limits
Each plan has a limit on matched products:
- Starter: 100 matched products
- Growth: 1,000 matched products
- Professional: 5,000 matched products
- Enterprise: Custom limits
When you exceed your limit, you'll be prompted to upgrade.
Upgrading Your Plan
- Go to Settings > Billing
- Click Change Plan
- Select a higher tier
- Confirm the change
Billing adjustment: You're charged the prorated difference immediately.
Downgrading Your Plan
- Go to Settings > Billing
- Click Change Plan
- Select a lower tier
- Confirm the change
Note: If you have more matched products than the new plan allows, you'll need to review and remove matches first.
Cancelling Your Subscription
- Go to Settings > Billing
- Click Cancel Subscription
- Complete the cancellation survey (optional)
- Confirm cancellation
What happens:
- Access continues until the end of your billing period
- No further charges after cancellation
- Your data is retained for 30 days (in case you return)
Billing Through Shopify
All billing is handled through Shopify:
- Charges appear on your Shopify invoice
- Payment uses your Shopify billing method
- Manage payment details in Shopify admin
Invoices and Receipts
View billing history:
- Go to Settings > Billing
- Click Billing History
- Download invoices as needed
