Managing Your Subscription

How to view, upgrade, downgrade, or cancel your RightPrice subscription.

Viewing Your Plan

  1. Go to Settings > Billing
  2. See your current plan:
    • Plan name and price
    • Billing cycle (monthly)
    • Next billing date
    • Matched product count

Plan Limits

Each plan has a limit on matched products:

  • Starter: 100 matched products
  • Growth: 1,000 matched products
  • Professional: 5,000 matched products
  • Enterprise: Custom limits

When you exceed your limit, you'll be prompted to upgrade.

Upgrading Your Plan

  1. Go to Settings > Billing
  2. Click Change Plan
  3. Select a higher tier
  4. Confirm the change

Billing adjustment: You're charged the prorated difference immediately.

Downgrading Your Plan

  1. Go to Settings > Billing
  2. Click Change Plan
  3. Select a lower tier
  4. Confirm the change

Note: If you have more matched products than the new plan allows, you'll need to review and remove matches first.

Cancelling Your Subscription

  1. Go to Settings > Billing
  2. Click Cancel Subscription
  3. Complete the cancellation survey (optional)
  4. Confirm cancellation

What happens:

  • Access continues until the end of your billing period
  • No further charges after cancellation
  • Your data is retained for 30 days (in case you return)

Billing Through Shopify

All billing is handled through Shopify:

  • Charges appear on your Shopify invoice
  • Payment uses your Shopify billing method
  • Manage payment details in Shopify admin

Invoices and Receipts

View billing history:

  1. Go to Settings > Billing
  2. Click Billing History
  3. Download invoices as needed
